Craig Henderson

Victor Craig Henderson succumbed to his long battle with cancer on December 19, 2015, at the age of 68. He was born in San Antonio, Texas, to Victor P., and Doris E., Henderson. He attended schools in the Northside School District, and after graduation attended Baylor University. He enlisted in the military in 1968, and after Army Security Agency training, served in Turkey and Africa.

Craig loved to travel, spending 10 years as a reservations agent with Continental Airlines. SCUBA diving was his main hobby, and much of his travels included frequent trips to the Caribbean islands, diving with other family members.

He is preceded in death by his father, Victor Henderson, and survived by his mother, Doris Henderson, his brother and sister-in-law, Wayne Henderson and Sue Henize, his grand-niece Paige Leonard, and many other cousins, nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 22, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 23, 2015.
