Connor was born December 28, 1990, in Houston, Texas and has resided in Austin, Texas for the last seven years. Connor loved living in Austin as it was a place that allowed him to nurture his need for adventure and live true to himself.
Connor loved all types of sports, most especially baseball and recently enjoyed playing softball. From the time Connor was a little boy, he dreamed of playing professional baseball and began his dream playing Little League and continued on to play college baseball. His dream of playing professional ball came true when he tried out and was asked to play for the Milwaukee Brewers. It was at that time he realized that an even bigger dream of his was on the way back home in Texas, and that dream was being a father and having a family of his own. When he wasn’t on the field or with his family, Connor enjoyed just about anything adventurous. Such as surfing Huntington Beach and the beaches of Hawaii, cliff diving just about anywhere he could, skateboarding, playing his electric guitar with his friends and riding Harley’s with his dad.
He was a fun loving man of faith who never knew a stranger and who was always there for a friend in need. Connor cared deeply for others and will be remembered for the outstanding amount of love he shared and gave to everyone he met. True to his nature it was Connor’s final wish to give the gift of life by being an organ donor.
Connor is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Boyd and Marian Pearson; his paternal grandparents, Timothy and Kathleen Ryan; his aunt Maureen Ryan; and his uncle Duke Furrh. He is survived by his parents Tim and Sarah Ryan; his sister Elizabeth Ryan; his brother Daniel Ryan; his daughter Waverley Lynn Ryan and her mother Warner Pagel; his infant son Macon Boyd Ryan and his mother Reagan Sansom; his aunts Jane Pearson, Carol Thompson and husband Gregg, Cathy Furrh, Susan Riddle and husband Robert, and Jodie Pearson; his cousins Caroline, John Henry and Katherine Thompson, James and Jacob Furrh, and Will, Ben, Jack and Lily Riddle; and numerous other family members and close friends.
