Cody Q. May, 31, died January 19, 2017, in Lago Vista, Texas. Cody was born on August 30, 1985, in Center, Texas. He graduated from Center High School and continued his education at Princeton University, graduating in 2007. Cody is survived by his wife, Kimberly, and their seven children. He and his wife adopted eight children, Elijah, Justus, Zoe, Isaiah, Josiah, Eden, Freedom and Redemption. Freedom and Redemption preceded Cody in death in 2014. Their youngest daughter, Shiloh, was born in 2015. Cody was a devoted husband, loving father, and faithful follower of Jesus Christ. In his passion to seek justice, to love mercy and to walk humbly with the Lord, he sought to abolish abortion, advocate for orphaned children, and share Christ with the nations. Until recently, he and his family lived in West Haven, Connecticut, where he worked for nine years as a software engineer for Bridgewater Associates. A service will be held in Trumbull, Connecticut on January 28, at 10:15 a.m. at Calvary Evangelical Free Church.
