 I lost my necklace that has my great grandmother's thumb print and it reads on the back her birth year, her death date and at the top it says silver and it has her name on it Chrstine Patton. I had to lose it in the James Casey area in South Austin. If you find it or see it please call me 512.760.9835. 

Today Mark’s 2 years you took your spot in heaven I miss you and daddy so much I go to work everyday cause y’all and push hard cause ppl need care they deserve 

The sweetest, most selfless, humble, woman has left her mark on this Earth. She has forever touched us in our hearts. Don't my memories with her or brief, in just a short amount of time I knew this woman was loving and caring, and I saw her influence nourish her family as they gave nourishment to her all the way up until the end. May peace be with you and in your hearts

We the family would like to thank the ones that was able to come to her special birthday / memorial today she would have been 88 and we thank God for blessing us with her In our life and she loved each and every one of you in her own way 

To the Patton family, l loved your mom. She had a beautiful spirit and a great sense of humor. I loved Christmas because I could hear her sing "Jesus What Wonderful Child". The Heavenly choir has another wonderful voice to God's praises!😇💕🎶

The world won't be the same without her. Praise God her spirit will continue to live on in her children and grandchildren. I remember her as a child, singing in the MOBC choir, shopping my little brother, always cooking and feeding folks 🌝 especially in Sundays. You will be greatly missed...

My fondest memories of Sister Patton are her ‘quick wit’, her humility, and her contagious smile. As choir director, I appreciated and depended upon her—as a soloist, a lead, or just a member of the alto section.
Today I join you in sharing the most comforting memory... LOVE. Sister Patton’s life was ‘love in action’.

We send our deepest sympathy during the loss of your grandmother.  We will always remember her whenever we hear a old hymn or spirtual song that Sis. Patton would always be leading. She always had that strong tenor voice that was so uplifting that it touches your soul so deeply.  The scripture says in John 16:22 "So also you have sorrow now, but I will see you again, and your hearts will rejoice, and no one will take your joy from you".

my condolences to this family .I met Mrs Patton when my sister Florence was dating Glen.She was a very kind lady always put others before herself.She was a wonderful mother in law to my sister and a good grand mother to the children .She called Glen her ba short for her baby boy.Glen was truly devoted to his mother he was at her house every day ,several times a day. Mrs Patton will be truly  missed by her family and friends.May she rest in peace.

Today, we laid our angel to rest.  There is no emotion I could describe for the incredible loss. The amount of love that was received and given over the years was nothing short. She is known as our "big baby" and she will continue to be. She left this world knowing that she was loved and that she will continue to be loved. In her last hours it was worship, laughing and a little bit of crying with all of her loved ones around. I wouldn't have had it any other way. In her last days, she may have not said much but when she did she always said "I love you" and " Thank you" and that's all a loved one could ask for. Whether if you were around Christine for a long period of time or a short period of time, you certainly were impacted by her presence, wisdom, positive outlook on life and generosity. Now, she is resting peacefully with my great grand father papa Sherman who showed he was here during her transition to the afterlife. You both will be loved and missed truly! May you rest in eternal peace.

I was wishing I would get to see you again, I remember going to your house on Thanksgiving, a few years ago and you welcomed me in your home, I had a good time siting and visiting with you, I'm tearing up writing this, I will always remember you, God gained an Angel. You was my heart ❤️ my love and ment everything to me it will be very hard to not hear you laugh and smile and talk to me again you had so much wisdom and your passion and love for Christ as you taught us and I thank God for blessing me to have you as a grandma and I will cherish  all the memories we had with each I will miss seeing you and taking cate of you every day but you will alway be my Queen  and I’m glad that you are now with papa and our Savior I will see you again one day in heaven 

Growing up going to Aunt Chris's and Uncle Sherman house eating all kinds of good stuff and on the weekend with my cousins going with Uncle Earl we had a blast.
 Shopping on Saturdays at Learners downtown. We sure had fun.

I feel so blessed to have had Granny in my life.  I married her grandson and from day one she welcomed me into her family.  She always loved for me to tell her stories about how her great grandbabies were doing and she loved when I brought her my moms baklava. Granny always had a sweet tooth. She had a huge heart and loved her family deeply. She was the glue that held everyone together.  Granny please continue to watch over all your babies and give PaPa a big hug and kiss from us all.  We love you always and you are forever in our hearts.
