When moving to Austin in 1968 I think that Cecil and his family was one of the first Austin-nite's that we got to meet. When being a lot youger,living from payday to payday with a car that might or might not get you to work, with a soon to be teen age son - a man with a "Tow Truck Service" would be one of the first people that most would want to meet - Cecil was the man, and he became my friend. The Cecil I come to know I think was a lot like me. I never knew if he attended School Board Meetings or attended Church every Sunday Morning or made donations to all that were asking and many other things I obviously didn't know about him. If he did all of the things above, I think it would have been a private matter with him as it is with a lot of us, and it might make America a better place if we had more people like (what I knew) about Cecil. Considering that some of us now have a man in "heaven" -- hopefully with a "Tow Truck" - we may be calling on him again. As I interpret  the "Bible" which states that it might be a little difficult for the "Rich" to enter into God's Kingdom, that again may leave it up to Cecil to help us not so wealthy out -- with a little "pull" ! My very sincerest thoughts go out to his family.
