Dawn graced this world with a precious light, and her generous spirit touched everyone…most especially her husband, Mike, her sons, Matthew and Brady and her mom, Dava.
She greeted everyone with the most beautiful, infectious smile and her zest for life was filled with fun, travel, and adventure.
Her greatest joy was her boys…watching them excel in school and sports. Dawn was an avid photographer of her boys’ athletics, and she proudly shared her photos with friends and family. Dawn was an active parent volunteer at the boys’ school and sporting events.
Dawn loved making family memories in Isla Mujeres, their ranch and trips to Hawaii, Montana, and Florida. Dawn created beautiful spaces through her passion for gardening. She always made time for sunrises and sunsets, and loved watching deer, hummingbirds, and cardinals.
A highly accomplished tri-athlete, Dawn was a super star, competing in many marathons and Iron Man events.
She was the consummate hostess for all holiday parties and family birthdays.
Dawn was born July 6, 1970, and lived her young years in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She grew up watching her dad race cars and shared her love of dancing with her mom.
Dawn attended The University of Oklahoma, graduating with a degree in Marketing.
She began her career in Tulsa and Dallas, culminating in Austin where she volunteered for CASA and served as an Austin Junior Forum member.
Dawn is preceded in death by her dad, John Allen Brady, Aunt Sissy and Uncle Lee and her grandparents. She is survived by her husband Mike, sons Matthew and Brady and mom, Dava Brady.
