Carlos Martel

Carlos was an amazing father. A born leader, mentor, teacher, role model and friend. He was a very wise man, his words and his talks were golden and brought courage and strength to our soul. He touched many many lives leading them to Christ. He had a heart of Gold.

Carlos is survived by his cherished wife, of 54 years, Ana Luz Martel; four children, German Wilfred Guerra, Manuel Jesus Garcia, Sandra Elizabeth Cruz, Ana Marlene Segovia; eleven grandchildren, Tiffany Guerra, Brittany Guerra, Janelle Guerra, Judith Garcia, Isaac Garcia, Katherine Garcia, Sarah Estrada, Ashley Maldonado, Kaylee German, Hannah Segovia, Heidi Segovia; nine great-grandchildren, Andrew Garcia, Angelo Garcia, Allison Garcia, Jeremiah Garcia, Josiah Garcia, Jonah Garcia,

Diamond Chavez, Zachary Garduño, Liliana Garduño; three siblings.

Visitation 9:00 am – 10:00 am on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress with Funeral Service to begin at 10:00 am.

Interment will follow at Onion Creek Memorial Park 11610 Chapel Lane, Austin, Texas.
