He is survived by his two sons Landon and Ryan, both from Austin. He is also survived by his brother Tom and sister-in-law Linda; nieces Caroline and Katie; cousins Becky Heiser of Austin, Lindy Stockdale of Houston, Jennifer McGaughy of San Antonio, Nancy Prideaux of Austin, Brian Cummins of Canton, Bruce Cummins of Houston, Ellen Nelson of Bryan, and Barbara Jean Diviak and their spouses and children. Brad loved each and every one of them. For Brad, love was what life was all about.
Brad practiced law for more than 40 years with several Austin law firms and then in his own practice.
Brad was grateful for the life and faith that he was given and was active in his faith throughout his life. He was a devoted son and a loving father. He also had a deep love and appreciation for Tarrytown United Methodist Church, the Adult Bible Class, St. Stephen's Episcopal School, Cancer Connection, the Seton Fund, and other concerns which he supported during his lifetime.
A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 14th in the Chapel of Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 3125 N Lamar with a reception to follow.
