Bernice Farley Smith
December 28, 1924 – August 25, 2018
IN THE CARE OF
Bernice Smith went to be with her heavenly Father on Saturday, August 25 at the age of 93. She was born in Altoga, Texas on December 28, 1924 to the Reverend Nat and Bertha Farley.
Bernice was a loving, caring and giving daughter, sister, wife and mother. She touched the lives of many through her kindness and gentle spirit. She will live on forever in our hearts.
She was married to the Reverend Dan Smith who preceded her in death in 1981. She is survived by their two daughters, Danniece Bobechè and Dannette Smith; and her sister Barbara Daugherty and brother-in-law, Wayne.
In lieu of flowers, Bernice requested donations be made to the food pantry at Hyde Park Baptist Church, 3901 Speedway, Austin, TX 78751.
Graveside service Wednesday, August 29 at 10:00 am at Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery, 14501 N IH35, Pflugerville, TX 78660.
