Armand, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Armando C. Vicente, Sr. was born on November 15, 1974 in Banayoyo, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. As the only boy among the four siblings, Armand had been a responsible and dependable brother to Melvin, Vivian, and Ria even at a young age, up until his last breath. A principled man with great conviction, with utmost love for family, Armand is the greatest pride of his parents and family.
He was a great source of strength in the family – a beacon of hope. And forever he will remain so. He was most generous, and his generosity extends far beyond the family, which made him a strong pillar not only to his family but to the community as well.
Armand was a committed person – to family, friends, work, success, wisdom, and in anything that he puts his heart and mind to. A trait that endeared him to the people whom he crossed paths with. His loyalty to his family and friends was unwavering. His commitment to his work made him one of the best in his chosen field. His commitment to success and wisdom was an inspiration to his three nephews and three nieces who all adore him.
As a fun-loving person, Armand is distinguished for his witty sense of humor. He inspired a great many laughter and smiles from his family, friends, and workmates. He brings out the best in everyone and there isn’t any dull moment whenever he is around.
Armand’s family would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to his friends and workmates at the Dell Seton Medical Center who had all made his life’s tapestry as colorful as it is, for all the love and care they showed him in his more than a decade stays in Austin.
Family and friends are welcome to join Armand’s family for a memorial service at the Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Homes and Cremation Services, 3125 North Lamar Blvd. Austin Texas, 78705 on Saturday August 22, 11:00 am to 1:30 pm followed by interment at 2:00 pm at the Austin Memorial Park, 2800 Hancock Drive, Austin, Texas 78731.
