Armando Molina, 55, of Austin, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2017, surrounded by his loving family. Armando was born on August 24, 1961, in San Juan, Texas, to Manuel R. Molina and Evangelina Garza Molina.
Armando was preceded in death by his parents and brothers-in-law, Ramiro Escobedo and Lupe Pecina. He will be sadly missed by his sisters, Yolanda Martinez (Augustin), Felipa Escobedo, Oralia Molina, Ofelia Pecina, Belinda Espinosa (Manuel), and Sylvia Villareal (Rigo); brothers, Jose Manuel Molina (Juanita), Erasmo Molina (Mary), David Molina (Mary Ann), and Noe Molina (Estella); numerous nieces and nephews; stepmother, Noemi Molina; stepbrothers, Mario Gonzalez, Carlos Gonzalez, and Roberto Gonzalez; stepsister, Yolanda De la Cerda; other relatives, and a host of friends.
Heartfelt thanks extended from Armando’s Family to the staff at Texas Oncology and Hospice Austin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 25, 2017, with a Recitation of the Rosary at 7:00 P.M., at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. A Mass of Celebration will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 26, 2017, at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Road. Interment will follow the Services at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
