Anna was born in Austin, TX. to Henry Vincent and Margaret Hays on May 10, 1933. She graduated high School in 1951 from Austin High and attended the University of Texas. Anna was married for 67 years to her loving husband Thomas. She worked for the University of Texas doing accounting. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother George Hays and sister Molly Hays Glander. She is survived by her husband Thomas W. McCoy, her children Wesley McCoy(Donna), Michael McCoy(Rene), Sheryl McCoy Hajda(Mark), and Don McCoy(Stacy). She has 14 beloved grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Anna will be held Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78750. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Cook Walden – Memorial Hill, 13700 North IH-35, Pflugerville, TX 78660. A reception will occur Wednesday, March 2, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78750.
Serving as pallbearers are Wesley McCoy, Michael McCoy, Don McCoy, Glenn McCoy, Mark Hajda and Billy Robertson.
