Alyssa Gabrielle Robinson, affectionately known as “Beans” to her close family, departed this life for glory on November 3, 2024, leaving a void in so many lives but a lifetime of memories filled with love and laughter.
Alyssa “Beans” was born March 22, 1999 in Trenton, New Jersey. Alyssa’s stay in New Jersey was short. Her family relocated to San Antonio, Texas when she was 8 years old and then later to Austin, Texas where she attended and graduated from Round Rock High School with nearly 60 college credits already obtained.
On her journey, Alyssa befriended Isaiah Robinson, and a deep affection for one another grew. Alyssa and Isaiah united together in matrimony on May 7, 2018.Their journey together moved them to El Paso, Texas where they welcomed their handsome son Royce Robinson into this world. After living in El Paso, they relocated again to Anchorage, Alaska where Alyssa returned to college to continue her education at Purdue Global University in pursuit of her Bachelors in Health Care Administration. Alyssa had a passion to work in health care so that she could improve the lives of underprivileged communities that are inevitably affected by the inequalities of our nation's health care system.
Alyssa had a kind heart that was led by a strong spirit. Her strong caring demeanor made her a leader in every room that she entered. She loved spending her free time with family and friends. Alyssa also enjoyed dancing, hiking, writing poetry, laughing, traveling, attending music festivals, and doing anything that allowed her to experience the most exhilarating joys of life.
To cherish her loving memories, Alyssa is survived by her dedicated husband Isaiah Robinson; her loving son Royce Robinson; her parents Antwan and Deidre Allison; her siblings Aaliyah and Nichelle Hicks-Campbell, Naya Jones, and Kenyar Allison; her grandparents Patsy and Dante Dunham, Jerry and Deborah Kusek, and Iva Jones; uncles and aunts Derek and Tiana Cheeseman, Latoya Oliver, Rashad Allison, and George McRae; in-laws Brian Lyncook and Kisha Howard, and Inde Robinson; siblings Shakia, Brian, and Jasmine Lyncook, Elijah and Gabrielle Robinson, and Adam Longmire; as well as a host of nephews, great-uncles and aunts, cousins, and so many dear friends. Her memory will be forever cherished by all. Her impact on this earth will never be forgotten.
A visitation for Alyssa will be held Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Cook-Walden Chapel of the Hills, 9700 Anderson Mill Road, Austin, TX 78750, followed by a celebration of life from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
