Alison Renee Thibert was born on July 14, 1977 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Tom and the late Cammy Sturm. She passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2011. She fought hard till the end but passed peacefully with family at her side.
Alison is a graduate of Texas State University. She was a member of the Keller Williams Lake Travis Family. Alison was actively involved with the Pink Ribbon Cowgirls through the Breast Cancer Resource Center in Austin.
Alison was a strong advocate for breast cancer research and the support of breast cancer victims. Alison leaves behind her husband, Brian Thibert and their son, Grayson Thibert; father, Tom Sturm; brother, Jeff Sturm; sister, Lisa Sturm; brother, Marc Sturm and his wife, Richelle; father and mother-in-law, John and Nancy Thibert; brother-in-law, Chris Thibert and wife, Nicole; and six nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 21, 2011 at Emmaus Catholic Church located at 1718 Lohman’s Crossing in Lakeway, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 8:00 p.m. with Reverend Luis Caceres officiant.
