Alicia (Alice) Montoya, age 63, resident of Kyle was called by our Heavenly Father on Thursday, May 20, 2010. Alice was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed celebrating life with all her family. She also touched the lives of the many children she helped educate for over 30 years in the Austin and Hays school districts. Her greatest joy was serving the Lord, which she did faithfully. Her family will especially miss her enthusiasm for life. She is preceded in death by her father, Esequiel Fonseca, Sr. and her brother, Esequiel Fonseca, Jr. Alice is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Jack Montoya, Sr.; sons, Jack Jr. (Dora) of Kyle, Daniel Sr. (Elizabeth) of Kyle, Lee (Esther) of Del Valle and James Sr. (Adriana) of Kyle; 14 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; mother, Estefanita Fonseca of Combes, TX; 5 sisters, 2 brothers, many in-laws, nephews and nieces. Prayer Service 7:00 p.m., Saturday at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home 2620 South Congress (South). Funeral Service 10:00 a.m., Sunday at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden Capital Parks cemetery in Pflugerville.
