Marilyn was born August 28, 1947 in Niagara Falls, Ontario and passed away at her home in Aurora, Ontario on March 27, 2017. Marilyn is the beloved wife of Robert Cathcart. Dear sister to Sharon, and her husband David McKay. Marilyn is predeceased by her parents George, and Esther Slater, and brother Fred Slater. Marilyn will be fondly remembered by her Mother & Father-in-law Florence & Jim Cathcart, sisters & brothers-in-laws Edie Slater, Heather Denoncourt, and her husband Claude, Janice Desmarais, and her husband Christian, Jamie Cathcart, and his wife Karen, nephews Matthew, and his wife Katie, Simon, and his wife Caroline, Jeff, and his wife Maureen, Jonathon, and his wife Lynn Joy, Michael, Jordan, Ryan and nieces Catherine and Logan.
Marilyn had a successful working career with Proctor and Gamble and took early retirement in 2004.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
