Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the age of 76. Don, beloved husband of the late Lynn. Loving father of Nancy and her husband Michael Thompson, Danny and his wife Darlene and Carolin and her husband Paul Brown. Dear grandfather of Kevin, Jamie, Jenny, Leigha, Sarah, Tim, Emily, and Kelly. Great grandfather of Bailey, Emma, Caitie and Jaxx. Brother of Bill and his wife Jean. Predeceased by his sister Rene. Don will be dearly missed by his relatives and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Jacqueline Gupta and staff for their exceptional personal care. Visitation will be held at the Thompson Funeral Home, 530 Industrial Parkway South, Aurora, 905-727-5421 on Thursday, December 19 from 7-9PM. A funeral service will be on Friday, December 20 at 11:30AM in the chapel. Interment Aurora Cemetery. In Don’s memory, donations may be made to the Lung Association.
