David M van Nostrand passed away February 9 Super Bowl Sunday surrounded by his family. Born and raised in Vandorf he was a farmer and later became a pioneer in the stone engraving industry. David had it all good looks, great sense of humour and an overall way with people. David had a big heart and was always helping people when they were down, it’s one of his best traits that will be passed for generations. We will all be without one of the greats. “Flush the reds Dave’s not here”
2nd born son to Elizabeth and the late Michael van Nostrand. Beautiful father to Aaron, Meg, Kaari, Jenna and David B. Loving brother to Paul and Gary. Adoring Grandfather to Jobe, Grace, Mary, Bella and Wesley. Wonderful uncle to Emily, Mike and Amanda.
