Suddenly in his home on March 31st. Survived by his wife Lauren (née Reid), sons Daniel and Matthew, and his mother Beatrice Sacks, sister Marcie (Bill), brother Darren (Deborah) and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Russell Sacks (Sachs).
Dave will be lovingly remembered by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations will be accepted to the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), and Sick Kids Hospital
