Wilton "Tony" Anthony Brownlow

Tony was born on March 20th, 1947, to Elma Ripley-Brownlow-Donlon and Harold Brownlow in Jamaica. He is the youngest of five children. Tony attended Miami Dade College where he graduated with a degree in the Arts in 1969.

In March of 1983 Tony met his future wife, Georgia, with whom he would spend the rest of his life with. Tony and Georgia wed on September 29th, 2002.

Tony was a regional manager of a fitness club before retiring in 2008. When he was not working, he was attending various types of sporting events and spending time with family. Tony’s sports knowledge surpassed most announcers and sports enthusiasts.

Tony is survived by his wife of 40 years, Georgia Brownlow; son, Jason Shortridge, and wife Allie; his four beautiful grandchildren, Heather, Blake, Aubrey, and Tabor; his niece, Jill Brownlow-Goodley; his brother, Richard Brownlow; and several other family members. He is preceded by his mother, father, and three brothers, Harold, David, and Frank.

May Tony rest in peace. He will be forever missed as a loving husband, father, son, uncle, and grandfather.
