Marco Huerta was born in Alvin, Illinois to Ramona Martin on April 3, 1942. He enjoyed growing up in a small town of only about 500 people with his brother, Steven, and his cousins. He graduated from Rossville and decided to head west, arriving in Denver, Colorado where he would remain the remainder of his life.
Marco was a talented artist. He was a chef for the Brown Palace Hotel, and when not working making beautiful artful delights, he was crafting jewelry, oil painting, drawing, or producing beautiful scuplting pieces. He loved to walk for excerise and a way to clear his mind, or think of more Elvis memorabilia he could collect. He was very loved by his close family and his friends.
Marco is preceded in death by his mother, Ramona and brother, Steven. He is survived by his aunt, Carmelita, several cousins, and several nieces and nephews, as well as many friends.
Marco's wishes were to not have any services at this time.
