MSG. Penn L. Cooper (Ret) ,entered eternal sleep on May 4th, 2023, having aged 81 years.
He was preceded in death by his Wife and Grandson.
He is survived by his three children and their spouses, one grandchild and her spouse, and 6 great grandchildren, 4 brothers, and a large extended family.
There will be a graveside service at Hillcrest Memorial Park at 11:00am, Saturday, May 13, 2023, conducted by Rev. Dr. Kurt Miller.
In lieu of flowers, he requests donations to the Charity of your choice.
