Ms. Lafferman was born to the late Jack and Helen Johnson in Virginia. Ms. Lafferman was a believer in spending time with her family and friends. She worked for Silverstein Cleaners, Red Wing Bingo and the Augusta Chronicle. Ms. Lafferman loved to travel, especially to the beach and Pigeon Forge, TN.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Lafferman is preceded in death by her brothers, Jack Johnson, Ricky Henley, Michael Johnson; sister, Kay Ennis; step-daughter, Elizabeth Lafferman; and son-in-law, Robert Freeman. Survivors include her children, Tiffany Whitlock (Marvin) and Kelly Freeman; step-daughter, Kayley Lafferman; siblings, David Johnson of Augusta, GA and David Johnson of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Jasmine Whitlock, Maya Whitlock, CJ Plecha, Landyn Freeman and other grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 1pm on February 3, 2024 at Eleven Sixteen Church at 1116 Fury's Ferry Road, Evans, GA 30809.
