I am so sorry this happened to you and I am most sorry for what has been taken from you and Kristi and us and Kristis family. We will never get to go to your wedding and I will never get to hold your babies in my arms. All your dreams were coming to you and then it was all taken away. I am so sorry you were cheated out of your dreams and plans. You touched so many lives and even now you are still making a difference in so many people, I hear stories from people almost everyday about how you are still making a difference. I know you had such a short time here on earth, but I thank GOD everyday that I had you as my brother however the amount of time. You were such a blessing to all our lives, especially mine. You were and always will be the best brother anyone could ever ask for. you taught me so much jordy from the time I came out, up to now. From teaching me how to read to teaching me how to tie my shoes or how to ride my bike for the first time to how to be a responsible adult just like you. I've always wanted to be just like you and I tried so hard to make you proud. I hope to always make you proud of me. I will always keep your memory alive until I can see you again big brother.  You were always pushing me and guiding me to be the best I can and I will never let you down. You were there for anyone that needed you. You seem  to be everyones bright shining star whether you want to believe it or not. I've always been so proud to call you my brother, whether or not thats all people knew me as my first year of high school. God never forgets the giver; he gave his life to make sure others made it home safe that night. As parents God entrust his children to us till he’s ready for them to come home. As parents you raised a responsible, loving son that did the right thing that night. We can’t understand God’s will for our life but he will never fail us.

I too worked with Jordan in the Governor's Office. Although in different departments, Jordan was one of my closest friends throughout my internship at the State Capitol. Whether playing trivia after work, or running down to the local Tin Lizzys for some Mexican food, Jordan was always there to hang out and keep us interns feeling like we had friends to count on in the big city. Much like what I've read in this guestbook, it is obvious to see the lives he touched. I'll never forget our good times buddy. You were such an anchor in our internship-- someone all the interns could count on. It's so unfortunate that this has happened. Jordan was the very first person I met when I came to the Governor's Office for my first interview. Being born and raised in the small town of Perry, GA, it really meant a lot to me that Jordan extended the conversation that he did that day. I was nervous and felt out of place, but Jordan noticed that, and I could feel his genuine care for how I fared in my interview. Little did I know, I would end up working with Jordan for the next few months and would make a lifelong friend in him. Jordan, you are one of the most honorable men I have ever met. I cannot even begin to describe the effect you have had on me. I will make one promise though. I promise to aspire for great things as you did. You have taught me so much, and I wish I could of let you know that before this tragedy. It is okay though, for I know you are with God today as an angel in Heaven. God bless your family, and I miss you buddy. I will try to live a full life in your honor. You have no idea how much you mean to us all. Love ya, friend. And miss you very much.

I worked with Jordan in the Governor's Office. We worked in the same office and I spent many days with him. He always had a smile on his face, and those blue eyes always had a sparkle in them. I'll never forget him. Today I was honored to meet his family members and loved ones, and they are just such a sweet and loving family, and this includes Jordan's girlfriend Kristi's family, the Brenonborg's. Mothers, fathers, sisters, aunts, uncles, and many many more will forever be affected by this tragic loss. Yet I felt hope by seeing all these people come together, even people who had known Jordan for a short time. Such a touching and heartbreaking display. This is how powerful Jordan was and demonstrates just how much everyone loved him, that after he has gone from this world, he is still bringing people together and I'm sure will continue to do so. He was a friend to all, and all who knew him will forever love him and remember him. Jordan, I'm so happy that at least one of your dreams came true: you would have been one great Mason. I'll miss you, fellow.

Mr. and Mrs. Gringer and family, I briefly knew Jordan but had the pleasure to work with him at Campus Transit.  He always had a bright smile and that smile is what I still see.  He was always friendly and had a bright future.  I remember when he was leaving Campus Transit last year to start his internship at the Govenor's Office and was so excited.  He will be missed but we will all see him again some day.  Your family will be in my prayers.

The Bible teaching us that our days shall be numbered on the face of the earth. Yet, we as believers, mourn the death of our loved ones. The death of a young vibrant sole who has yet to "live" causes us to pause and cherish the life that we have.

Mr. and Mrs. Griner and family, I am just so sorry about the loss of Jordan. I worked with Jordan for just a few weeks in the Governors office before I resigned, he helped me pack my office and carry my things to my car. He always was smiling and so respectful to others. I just spoke with him last Friday at the Governors office and he was so excited about his move to the new dept in the office. He was a good person and I will never forget his smile!!!! My prayers are with you all...

I did not know Jordan nor your family.  I live in the Atlanta area and this incident has truly saddened me.  I read about this in the AJC and I want to let you know that my heart goes out to you.  Jordan seemed to be a fine young man and based on what I've read about him, he is in a place where other people like him can have peace and happiness eternally. Jordan was a coworker and a friend of mine. We worked at UGA Campus Transit together. He was also a fellow history major at UGA. He helped me decide which classes to take, which was a huge help. I met Jordan while he was working in Atlanta for the governor's office. He made me happy whenever he was around; he was just that kind of person. He talked about his girlfriend all the time (it was soo cute). I used to joke with my boyfriend that he should try to be more like Jordan. I think now that we should all try to be more like him.
