Jimmy Dorsey Haygood, entered into rest on August 15, 2022.
Jimmy was a hardworking man. He was kind hearted and loved everyone. He never met a stranger he wouldn’t help. He loved the Dallas Cowboys and Georgia Bulldogs football teams.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his parents James and Moena Haygood and his Aunt Louise. His is survived by his siblings Gloria Redfern, Freda Drake, Charlene Freeman and Robert Dent.
A funeral service will be held at 12pm on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at the Lumpkin Road Chapel Elliott Sons Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm on Friday, August 19, 2022 at the funeral home.
