Glenn Carr

Glenn Carr of Blythe, Georgia, age 80, entered into rest on October 12, 2014, at his home surrounded by his loving wife of 55 years, Elizabeth "Becky" Carr and his family. Mr. Carr was a native of Johnson City, TN and lived in the Augusta area for 45 years. Mr. Carr retired as an auto mechanic. He was preceded in death by his parents and his son Allan Hank Carr Sr., and also his brothers, John and Jack Carr, and Junior Fletcher. Additional survivors include his children, Shelby Schult (David), Glenda Chavous, Elizabeth Missy Whittle (Johnny), Joe Carr, and Angel Carr (John). His grandchildren include Johnathan Marable (Vivian), Krystle Harden (Steve), Jay James, Rebecca Blanton (Micah), Allan Carr Jr. (Megan), Glenn Carr, Amber Hutto, Joe Carr Jr., Cory, Kyle, and Cody (Kandi) Franklin. Mr. Carr has six great grandchildren. Mr. Carr is survived by his brothers David Fletcher, Jess Guthrie; his sisters Georgia Bentley, Teo Wilson, and Sissy Fletcher. Memorial Services will be held 4pm, Wednesday, October 15, 2014, in the Lumpkin Rd. Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home, with visitation to follow.
