He was born on May 25, 1946 in Richmond, California, a son of the late Eva Lee Fera Texas.
Frederick served his country in the United States Army for more than 21 years, retiring as a SFC.
He is predeceased by his brother, Rodney Texas.
Frederick is survived by his wife, Nittaya Texas; son, Bob Texas, brothers, Eugene Angelo Texas and Joe Price.
A visitation will be held from 12:00pm unitl 2:00pm, Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, Augusta.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm, Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Road, Augusta, conducted by Father Mark Van Alstine. Friends invited.
