Donna Mae Nichols, 76, of Augusta, Georgia passed away on December 29, 2022.
Donna was a devoted military wife, mother, mimi and friend. She loved butterflies, attending the flea market and auctions. She loved to dance and laugh. She loved her furbabies Molly and grand-dog Tippy.
Donna is preceded in death by her husband John Nichols Jr., daughter Tracy, siblings Pat, Linda and Bernard. She is survived by son James Nichols (Melissa); daughter Karan Brumley (John her rock) and god son Slim (Betty); siblings Lou Smith Jr., (Joyce) and Curt Smith (Nancy); her best friend of 30+ years Sabrina and her daughter Catherine; a very close friend Virginia and numerous family, friends, and people whom she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held at 11:30 am on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at the Columbia Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior at the funeral home.
