LINCOLNTON, Ga. - Mrs. Barbara Bobbie Turner, of Lincolnton, Georgia passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Bobbie retired after many dedicated years of service at EZ-GO Textron. She enjoyed spending time with her family, fishing, hunting and camping. Shopping was her biggest hobby and Macy's was her best friend! Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband, Alvin Turner; daughter, Kathy (Dyson) Grimes; son, Tommy (Marilyn) Turner; four grandchildren, Brandi Masserant, Charles Chase Grimes, Christopher Grimes and Sarah Turner; seven great-grandchildren; and one sister, Margaret Billie Strickland. Memorial Services will be held 3PM, Friday, November 18, 2011 in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
