Buddy is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Rose Gangle Soule; as well as 6-7 children, Toni Richards, Tina Richards, Tammy Richards, Steven Melton, Billy Melton, Gary Melton, and Danny Hough, who was like a son; one sister, Barbara, as well as 12 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Buddy is preceded in death by his parents, and sister Martha Jean.
A visitation for Buddy will be held Saturday, April 22, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida 33823, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Buddy will be laid to rest at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, 2200 K-Ville Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823-4959.
