William Leo Bronson

Auburndale- William Leo Bronson, age 88, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017. He was born March 29, 1929 in Dade City, FL. He was a minister with the First Free Will Baptist Church. He was retired from the US Marine Corp with the rank of Gunnery Sergeant. He also worked as a Mechanic.

Rev. Bronson was preceded in death by his parents: William Littleton Bronson and Lettie Hill Bronson, brothers: Denver, Elton and Dee and sisters: Belle and Daisy. He is survived by his wife of 68 years: Lela Mae Bronson, sons: Bruce Bronson and wife Gwen, Dennis Bronson and Bryan Bronson, daughters: Yvonne Lynn and husband Sanford, and Joy Bronson, brothers: Jack Bronson and wife Kathy, and Basil Bronson and wife Linda, sisters: Wilma Bronson, Estelle Bronson, Judy Smith and Pansy Osterberg and husband Jerry, grandchildren: Melissa, Jennifer, Matthew, Scott, Zach, Kyle, Jenna, Sarah, Cole and Cheyenne, great grandchildren: Josh, Alyssa, Shelby, Lexie, Jayden, Brianna, Devon, Keegan and Logan, great-great grandchild: Dalton and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation in Wednesday from 11am-12noon, with funeral services at 12 noon, both at the First Free Will Baptist Church, 3600 US 92, Winter Haven, FL.
