Willard was a Truck Driver for many years.
Willard was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Rice and Janie Self; brothers, James Rice, Johnny Rice, Randy Rice. He was survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Jimmie) Stewart; son, Randall (Wendi) Rice; grandchildren, Randall Rice Jr., Kayla Rice, Alexis Rice, Chris Rice, Kaleyah Stewart; brother Michael (Lisa) Self; sisters, Linda (Wil) McKnight, Debbie (Robert) Surgeon, Karen Self.
A visitation for Willard will be held Wednesday, August 11, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. with a funeral service following at 11 am. Both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale.
