Sandra R Allan

Sandra R. Allan, 79, of Winter Haven passed away on January 6, 2017 in Winter Haven, Florida. She was born in Utica, New York on July 25, 1937 to Harry and Evelyn Riegler. She was a very dedicated, hardworking woman who gave her all no matter where she worked earning the respect and forming friendships with all her co-workers which was very important to her. Mrs. Allan was very giving and always willing to do anything she could to help anyone. She loved seeing her family and friends happy and enjoying themselves. Some of her fondest memories were the weddings of all her children and family gatherings at Christmas and Thanksgiving. Some of her favorite pastimes included sand art, painting, watching sports such as boxing and martial arts, and of course playing cards and slots video games.

Mrs. Allan is survived by her Children, Heidi (Doug) Fogel, Connie (Mike) Kolp, and Rick (Cheri) Allan, five grandchildren; Dylan, Brent, Dougie, Carleigh, and Sandy, and six great grandchildren; Sean, Vincent, Sebastian, R.J., Kaylee, and Blake.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 17th, at 2 p.m. at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale, FL. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Allan Family Fund at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home 2198 K-Ville Ave. Auburndale, FL 33823.
