Winter Haven- Mary E. Scott, age 83, passed away April 29, 2014 due to respiratory failure. She was born January 21, 1931 in Whitley County, KY the daughter of Homer Siler and Minnie (Davis) Siler. She was a lab technician for Kendal Foods. She loved sewing and making floral bouquets as well as celebrating holidays. She was called Mrs. Christmas because of her much decorating.
Mary was a loving wife and companion to her husband Everett for 64 years. In addition to her husband, Mary is survived by her brother Scott Siler, sister Mae Elizabeth Branson and nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Friday from 2-3pm with funeral services at 3pm, both at Ott-Laughlin at Glen Abbey, Auburndale, FL
