Winter Haven- John Gilbert Crosby, Jr., age 83, passed away Friday, August 10, 2018. He was born November 8, 1934 in Chestertown, MD the son of John G. Crosby Sr., and Sadie E. Riley. He was a Carpenter. He was a Veteran of the US Coast Guard Reserve.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Crosby was preceded in death by his wife: Anna E. Crosby and his sister: Ella Mae Bossee. He is survived by his son: John Gilbert Crosby III, daughters: Katherine Nutting and Sandra Duerr, brother: William C. Crosby, 6 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Graveside Services are Monday, August 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, Auburndale, FL.
A Celebration of Life, Memorial Service will be held at 4:30pm at the North Ridge Church in Haines City.
