It is with great sadness that the family of James (Jim) F. Struthers announce his passing at the age of 66 in Winter Haven, Florida.
Jim was a graduate of Winter Haven High School. His hobbies included hunting, fishing and boating.
In other words, he was a great outdoorsman. He was employed at MaxPak Total Packaging as an industrial mechanic and was dedicated to his work.
Jim was pre-deceased by his father, Leonard R. Struthers and his mother, Betty J. Struthers. Survivors include his son Clifton J. Struthers, daughter Barbara Briggs and their mother, Sheila Walker. Survivors also include Tom Struthers, brother; Tracy Wilson, partner; and Melissa Vickers, lifelong friend to the end; Lynn Hancock, stepson and two grandchildren.
A visitation will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale on Saturday, April 9, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am with a funeral service to begin at 11:00am. Following the funeral will be a graveside service at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale.
