Gloria June Young

Gloria worked as a nurse for the Polk County School Board. Over the years she was a member of Lake Wire Church of Christ in Lakeland, FL, Southwest Church of Christ in Lakeland, FL and Valrico Church of Christ in Valrico, FL.

Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Alex W. Young, parents George and Margie Bostick, brothers Lamar Bostick and Bobby Bostick and sister Joyce Suggs. She is survived by her son Troy Harrell of Lakeland, FL, son Roy Harrell of Lakeland, FL, daughter Melissa Andrews of Lakeland, FL, step-daughter Cammey Sealey of Gainesville, FL, step-daughter Janny Pardo of Tucson, AZ and step-son Greg Young of Gainesville, FL. and sister Marie Ledford of LaFayette, GA. Gloria is also survived by numerous grandchildren, extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A visitation for Gloria will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of Christ at Valrico, 1610 S. Miller Rd, Valrico, FL 33594. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 AM. A graveside service will take place Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, 2200 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida 33823.
