Charles “Earl” Palmer, 83 of Bartow, Florida passed away on August 18, 2019 at his home in Bartow, Florida. He was born in Alabama on May 24, 1936 and moved to this area 75 years ago.

Earl is survived by his wife, Angela Palmer, his son, Charles Palmer, grandchildren, Donny Palmer, Charlie Palmer, and Carl Palmer, twelve great- grandchildren, three sisters, and many other loved family members and friends.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 20, from 6-8 pm at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, Florida, and a graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 21, at 10 am at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
