Carol P Bennett

Carol received her LPN Certification and practiced from 1974 to 1979. She was Barber by passion and cut hair from the early 80s up until she retired in 2018. Carol worked for Benford's Barber Shop in Lakeland, FL, Bill's Barber Pole in Winter Haven, FL and was the creator and co-founder of Best Cuts Barber Shop in Winter Haven, FL.

Carol was a parishioner of St. Joseph's Catholic Church. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, bowling, crafting with her grandchildren, gardening and was a lifelong learner. Carol believed she was put on this earth to help heal others. She developed many tinctures and medicines through her constant learning of homeopathy. She assisted many friends and family with her knowledge base.

Carol is survived by her husband Gary (Mike) Bennett, son Jonathon Bennett, daughter Christi Bourget (Art), sister Susan P. Markulec (Joe) and brothers Joseph R. Pasun and Michael Pasun (Ruth Stein). She also leaves behind her 2 grandchildren Felicity Bennett and Harper Bourget along with many other extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, FL followed by a graveside service at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Carol's name to Catholic Charities (532 Ave M NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881).

The family requests casual and comfortable dress.
