Bobbie Jo O’Berry-Turner, 80, of Auburndale, FL passed away on September 13, 2024. She was born in Lake City, FL on August 27, 1944. Her family moved to Polk County in 1949. She was an accomplished floral designer and nail technician. She owned her own salon, “LaCasaBlanca” in Auburndale until illness led to her retirement.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Raymond J. Turner, her parents Leslie and Edna O’Berry, and grandson Joshua Mims.
Bobbie Jo is survived by her daughter Julie Rene’ Turner-Mims and her husband Allen of Auburndale, FL, grandson Jordan Mims and his wife Jada of Lake Alfred, FL, and her sister Shirley Moise of Titusville, FL.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
