Dorothy M. Bassett, 90 of Auburn, passed away on April 4, 2015. She was born on November 6, 1924 in Durham, Washington.
Dorothy is survived by her son Terry (Cheryl); grand-children Tony and Angi (Steve) and great-granddaughters Madison and Stella and one more on the way. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, son, Gregory and sister Shirley.
Dorothy worked at Evergreen Stationary in Auburn, owned by her parents Bern and Bessie Hale. She lived in Auburn for 60 years and enjoyed her many vacations to the Hawaiian Islands.
A graveside service will be held Monday April 13, 2015 11:00 am, at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn, Washington.
