She was born on April 22, 1951, in Glendale W.Va. the daughter of Theodore and Roberta (Oliver) Brookover. She attended High School in Georgia and graduated from the University of Maine Augusta.
Victoria loved spending time with family and friends, especially her dog Lilo. She also known for her wonderful cooking, for being a Reiki Master, and being the leader and teacher to many groups and many people. She had a love for music, art, and life. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Victoria is survived by her daughters Jaina Cantrell of GA, and Melissa Jordan of Auburn, a brother Ted Brookover and wife Linda of Ohio, and 6 grandchildren.
