Paul John Kordalski

Paul John Kordalski, age 66, of Auburn, Maine, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 19th, 2016 at Central Maine Medical Center with family at his side. He was born on September 9, 1949 in Salem, MA to Stanley “Stash” and Margaret “Midge” Kordalski by whom he is pre-deceased. Paul lived most of his life in Auburn. Paul was one of a kind, with a Pabst Blue Ribbon in hand, he was funny, smart, and a natural athlete who had a quote of his own, “If you can’t be good, be great !” He was a graduate of Sanford High School in 1968 after which, he joined the Air Force in 1968. He was stationed in Las Vegas, Texas and Korea serving his country until his Honorable Discharge in 1972. He then worked at General Electric for 30 years as a plater, retiring in 2005. He married Kim Cameron Kordalski in 1994 (and forever more). He is survived by his wife, Kim Kordalski, sister June Kordalski; brother David and his wife Pat Kordalski; his daughters Kara Speed and Amy Catlin; his step-son, Zac Cameron; his sons-in-law Dave Speed and Dan Catlin; his grandchildren, Harper and Hayden Speed, Blake Paul, Ashley, and Haley Alexander, and Danny Catlin Jr.; his best friend David Shea and countless others that have been such an important part of his life.
