LEWISTON: Kui Pui Kwong, 68, of Lewiston passed away on Saturday April 27, 2019 at Russell Park Manor in Lewiston with his loving family by his side. He was born in Guangdong Province of China on December 10, 1950 a son of Wai and Po Qiu (Lee) Kwong. He moved from China to the United States in the 1970's. He married Chui Han Ng on February 15, 1980 and they started a family together. During that time, Kui worked as head chef for China Wok in Auburn for many years. Kui will always be remembered for his love of fishing, especially for bass and stripers in the Auburn and Topsham areas. He will be greatly missed by many.
He is survived by his loving wife, Chui Han Kwong of Lewiston, his son Teddy Kwong and his wife Meijin and their son Kayden of Lewiston He was predeceased by his parents, his brother and his sister.
Visitation will take place at Fortin\Auburn on Saturday May 4, 2019 from 1-2pm followed by a funeral prayer service at 2pm also at the funeral home. Interment will take place at St. Peter’s Cemetery in Lewiston at a later date.
