Ketchum, Kevin Thomas, 53, of Shelby Twp. Passed away August, 17th 2016. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on February, 26th 1963. Kevin graduated from Fitzgerald High School. He worked at General Dynamics for many years. Kevin was a member of Mammoth Baptist and his passion in life was his 3 children. Kevin saved two small children in Lake Michigan and is considered a hero by all and he will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his mother Hazel and his brother David Hartwig. He is survived by his children, Dylan, Aiden, Nathan; his father Richard and loving step-mother Dorothy; along with his siblings Kelly (Michael) Green, Doug (Claudia) Johnston, Kathy Puma and Jim Hartwig. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 21, 2016 from 4-8 p.m. at Mammoth Baptist Church, 2690 Auburn Rd., Shelby Twp. MI. There will be a brief visitation held Monday, August 22, 2016, from 3-4 p.m. with the funeral service beginning at 4 p.m. at Mammoth Baptist Church.
