Clarissa Hedrick

Clarissa Hedrick, age 84, of Auburn Hills, Michigan passed away on Thursday, March 13, 2025. She was born in Detroit, Michigan on December 27, 1940 to John and Vera Wasileff. Clarissa graduated from Cody High School and found herself drawn to assist those who have struggled in the past. She took a position as the office manager for the Royal Oak Probation Department. Outside of work, Clarissa was an extremely skilled ballroom dancer. She loved to both compete in competitions and teach others her passion; but, at home, she enjoyed unwinding to Elvis's greatest hits.

Clarissa is survived by her children Robert (Kim) Hedrick, Donna Fletcher, Karen Hedrick, Kenneth (Rebecca) Hedrick, and David Hedrick; grandchildren Jennifer, Nicole, Joel, John, Danny, Sara, Lynde, Gary, Danielle, and Alex; 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchild; her twin sister Clara Mirti; and many nieces and nephews.

Clarissia is predeceased by her parents and her siblings Nicholas and Zena.

A visitation for Clarissa will be held Sunday, March 16, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd., Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, with a funeral service being held at 4:00 PM.
