William Albert Connor

Bill was the second of eleven children, born to James F. Connor and Matilda C. Beyer of Detroit Michigan. Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.

The family moved to southern california in 1948. Bill attended school in Inglewood and Monrovia.

Bill joined the air force in 1955 and met his wife Linda after his return from Korea in 1957.

He and his wife Linda celebrated almost 50 years together and preceded him in death.

Bill had 40 years in Law Enforcement, including L.A. County Sheriff, Placer County Sheriff and the State of California, Department of Justice, Sacramento.

Bill and Linda enjoyed camping with the family starting from the 1960s to the last days of their lives.

Bill is survived by his four sons, Kelly, Kevin, Keith, and Kurtis. His grandchildren Janna, Kristen, Sean, Kane, Amber, and Great Grandchildren; Nathan, Tyler, Grant, and Ashlyn, Kolter, and sawyer.

One Granddaughter, Vivian, preceded him in his death.
