Lillian Francis Bridges

It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Lillian Francis Lynch-Bridges at the age of 89. She passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at Sutter Roseville Hospital with her daughter, Shirley, by her side. Lillian was born May 14, 1931 in New Bedford, Massachusetts. She lived there until 1955 when she married James Lynch and moved to California.

She is proceeded in death by her first husband, James Harvey Lynch, who passed away February 13, 1997. She is survived by her children, James (Helen) Lynch and Shirley (David) Cox. Lillian is also survived by her husband Bill Bridges, whom she married in 2010. Lillian is also survived by 6 grandchildren: Christopher, Joshua, Ashley, Amanda, Catherine and Tyler; and 11 great-grandchildren: Branson, Jacob, Anthony, Olivia, Gabriel, Isabella, Jackson, Rowan, Lachlan, Janeva and Clara.

Lillian enjoyed sewing and quilting and visiting with her family. She was very proud of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. When asked, her family all said she was “always there for them”.

A grave-side service and burial will take place on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 1:00 p.m.

Chapel of the Hills Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
