Judith Lynn Jenness

Judy cherished her roots, family, and friends while being raised in Dunsmuir, CA. She was blessed to meet and marry Mac Jenness in that unique little railroad town where the railroad would continue to be part of the family theme for decades. With a family on the move and growing, she built a nest in Boulder Creek, CA and eventually settled in Auburn, CA.

Judy was tireless when it came to supporting Mac during and after his working days, and her Children, Grand Children, And Great Grand Childrens activities. Judy was always involved with church and serving the Lord and that continued to her Last day at Auburn Grace Church in Auburn, CA.

In addition to being a high-ranking prayer warrior, she used a lifetime of experience with her sewing machines whipping up school clothes for her daughters and as a member of her church group Sewers and Rippers making quilts and other crafts.

In her earlier years in addition to taking care of her family’s needs, she worked at County Bank of Santa Cruz, and Cal Gas.

Judy leaves behind until re-united Husband Mac Jenness, Sister Donna Basham, Children Eddie & Wife Dana Jenness, Debbie & Husband Jeff Pousard, Denny, Devonne & Husband Larry Harris, and Princess. Grand Children Brianna, Jessica & Jeff Witherspoon, Justin, Jennifer & Shad Eckert, Jonny, Jeremy, Jimmy, Daniel & Wife Tristen Williams, Brennan & Wife Yolanda Williams, Alexa Williams, Lemuel Williams & Partner Nadya. Great Grand Children Victoria, Sofia, Samantha, Jeffrey, and Maggie. Great Great Grand Children Julian, Reyna, Luke, Lindsey, Logan, Dezzrah, Dahlyla, Allan, and Daniel Jr. Great, Great, Great Grand Children Adilynn and Lilly. Judy was preceded in death by Parents Don & Marjorie Basham, Sister Dorothy Kay, Best Friend Geneva Delgado, and Pebbles.

Memorial services for Judy will take place at Auburn Grace Church (3126 Olympic Way, Auburn, CA 95603) on Sunday, March 19th at 1:00pm with a meal to follow.
