short of her 104th birthday.
Born in Chillicothe, Ohio. Edna moved to the Loomis area with
her family when she was nineteen.
After the war, Edna worked at DeWitt State Hospital as a physical
therapist for injured servicemen. She retired from McClellan Air
Force Base after 29 years as a supervising clerk.
Edna enjoyed jeeping, camping and traveling with her long time love
Les Marquette (Auburn Jeep Club). She was generous and kind
looking out for family and friends.
Les Marquette and brothers, John and Ralph Beeler preceded her
in death along with many others. She is survived by many nieces
and nephews and Smokey the cat.
A service will be held Tuesday January 26, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at
Chapel of the Hills with interment at Newcastle Cemetery.
